I am newer to the area and decided to come here to get a vehicle inspection, and I’m so glad I did! I have an older car, and I know it’s below a mechanics pay grade to do an inspection without finding something else to charge for, so I was expecting to have to pay for some type of repair. However, they were honest and didn’t add any extra work. Additionally, my blinker light was out, and I had bought a bulb and forgotten to replace it before my appointment. The inspector saw it in my passenger seat and replaced it for me without any extra charge (I know a lot of places do it for free, but my father had convinced me they’d try to charge for it😅). The man at the front desk was also very friendly!

Have taken my personal vehicles and the company I work for vehicles to get service here for the past few years. We haven’t had 1 issue with Columbia car care! They are a great company who just wants to take care of their customers. They’re honest and upfront. They’ll tell you what’s wrong with the vehicle and what it will need to be fixed. There mechanics are extremely qualified techs and do an outstanding service work. They actually take their time to troubleshoot a vehicle, they don’t throw parts at it hoping it works like some shops here in town. Highly recommend having vehicle service or maintence here

First let me preffice this by saying i am a professional mechanic of almost 20 years across multiple makes in heavy truck and auto. Also i am dealership master trained.Sloppy work and had to tell them.how to.make repairs. So week before Thanksgiving my friend was traveling across interstate 70. Her truck broke down and was told about this place by locals. Now her truck is a 91 f350 with ford 460 engine. Very easy to work on and common truck. Took them 2 weeks to get any kind of diag. Also while trying to convince her that this fairly clean truck was not worth fixing. I believe they were trying to keep truck. Finally came to conclusion that timming had jumped but we're giving every excuse why they couldn't do it. After walking them. Through how to make repairs and telling them I would.be

We were traveling from stl to Colorado and our truck was overheating. We managed to get it to Columbia and I saw the good reviews so we stopped here for help. They got us in within 90 minutes, found the issue, were so kind, honest, and barely more than it would have cost my husband to buy the part and the tools he didn’t have and fix it himself. We would absolutely return and wish this shop was in stl.
