Columbia Collision

I was involved in an accident that caused damage to the front driver’s side of my vehicle. I chose this repair shop because it was recommended by my insurance, and I was told everything would be handled and that I would be contacted during the process. I was never called with updates, never asked to review my vehicle during repairs, and when I picked my car up, no one came out with me to inspect it or walk through the work that was done. I was simply handed my keys and sent on my way. Once I got home, I discovered that mechanical issues related to the accident were still present, and there was a very noticeable dent in the hood that was never repaired, despite it being an obvious and direct result of the accident. Disappointing Experience Despite High Repair Costs: My experience with Columbia Collision left a lot to be desired. I went there due to a shattered sunroof and windshield — a $14,000 repair and took almost 6 months. I was contacted three separate times and told my car was ready, but each time there were still unresolved issues. On the first pickup, the sunroof motor wasn’t working — something basic that should have been checked before calling me. Sasha and her team were AMAZING. The customer service was beyond 5 stars. They were so quick, responded immediately, and kept me in the loop about everything happening with my car. Sasha was also so amazing that I ended up in a rental car that I LOVED, which led to driving off the lot of Hyundai of Columbia in a new Tucson. I’ve truly had the best experience and will not hesitate to work with her and Columbia Collision in the future.
