I was very specific about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I contacted four Toyota dealers about a 2026 4Runner iForce Max Hybrid. No one could find one in the exterior and interior colors I wanted. Months went by and no one found one. Only one dealer stayed in contact at least every couple of weeks to let me know they had not forgotten about me. Izzy At Columbia Gorge Toyota stayed at it and then contacted me when a 4Runner very close to what I wanted showed up. My 16 year old Scion started acting her age so I knew it was time to purchase a new car. Thinking about having to purchase a new car gave me some anxiety. After looking at Columbia Gorge Toyota website I found my next car, a Corolla Cross. My husband and I went into the dealership where we met our super salesman Fernando. Fernando walked me through the process of selecting the features of the car and Oscar helped with the financial aspect putting my anxiety at ease. We have worked with the dealership on a few occasions. Recently, completed a deal with Josh. He was very personable and would get us the answers to our questions. Our interactions with staff were always pleasant and never felt forced in any way. We also had the pleasure of working with Walter in sales and Jeff in finance. Definitely a top tier team and we will highly recommend!

The dealership was very attentive to my emails and texts. Eli Happy was our salesman. He was great! Answered all my questions and then set up an appointment. We’re 90 miles away so it was important to get the right information. He was waiting out front to greet us! The dealership was pleasant and easy to work with .
