I’m writing to share my positive experience with Jessica from the service department. I had a bike issue, and they picked it up right away. After diagnosing the problem, they kept me in the loop and informed me about everything. Turns out, I needed a new engine, and I wanted to mention that I didn’t purchase the bike from them, but they definitely fixed the issue. Rebuilding my motor took the longest, but I wasn’t even upset. I appreciate them taking their time, but Jessica kept me updated throughout the process. I’m not sure who did the motor work, but I just wanted to say thank you. I haven’t had any issues since the rebuild, and I really appreciate them taking their time with the entire thing. Second time in 3 years buying a Sea-Doo from Columbia Powersports, and both times were super easy from start to finish. Josh Attaway was extremely responsive and answered all my questions. Few minutes to fill out paperwork and I was out the door with my new ski. I’d definitely recommend them.

We just bought a 2025 VX cruiser waverunner for my wife and she is delighted and we got a really good deal. I have previously bought three motorcycles from Columbia Powersports and the people have always been great and prices have been reasonable. Update: Having owned the waverunner for several months now, I will say that Columbia Powersports is great but Yamaha finance bites ass, I like to pay extra every month so that I can pay down the principal and pay the loan off early. They're online site will not let me make a payment because I pay early and it will not let me make an additional payment towards the principal. Parts and service department are both friendly and knowledgeable.
