I recently had my vehicle repaired at Columbus Collision Center and overall had a very good experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and responsive to my calls. I primarily worked with Eric, who provided excellent customer service and communicated well throughout the process. He coordinated directly with my insurance company to ensure the correct amount was covered for the repairs, which I really appreciated. They even arranged a tow truck to pick up my car, which saved me time and effort. The repairs were completed well — my car looked great when I picked it up, and I appreciated that they cleaned the inside of the vehicle too. Columbus Collision represented themselves as BMW-certified when they are not. Because they lacked the proper certification and knowledge, they were unable to reinstall my bumper correctly, specifically because they did not understand how the parking sensor—an integral part of the bumper—worked. As a result, they sent me to the BMW dealership to have the issue corrected, explicitly stating that they would cover the cost since they could not fix it themselves. When it came time to pay, they stopped responding ghosting both me and the dealership. The quality of work was also unacceptable. The bumper was painted poorly the first time and had to be redone multiple times. Even after several attempts, they still could not complete the repair properly and return the vehicle in a fully functional
