Finding a trustworthy mechanic is one of my pickiest tasks when I move to a new area. Randy and his team have been awesome. I trust them with both my truck and my wife’s car. They’re fair on price and always up front on any issues they find, explaining whether or not it’s something that truly needs addressing.

Quick and easy inspection! Very friendly and joked around a bit, had great experience all around! Very affordable! The angry review is just some angry lady throwing a tantrum on the internet like some keyboard warrior 🙄

If I could give the TEN STARS, I would! Have been dealing with Randy, Shelley and Ronnie for years and can't say enough good things about them personally and their service! I have also recommended them to others who after using them are very pleased and thank me. They are the epitome of trustworthy, responsible, thorough, business people. Could not be nicer to deal with. They know the ins and outs of all makes of vehicles and work so well as a team. Nowadays you can't always find people you can trust and I am always confident in what they tell me, 100%! You can just disregard any negative reviews, obviously those people were difficult an not polite. THANK YOU for maintaining your high level of customer service and workmanship! Had a very bad and scared experience last week. My front passenger tire came off my car while driving on interstate 26 near Tryon exit 67. I'm so very grateful to God 🙏🏽🤍🙌🏽 for once again surrounding my husband and I with guardian Angels because the 18 wheeler that was behind us instantly swerved to the left to keep from hitting us. I am always the co-pilot when driving and God is the pilot, therefore when the car finally stops in the emergency zone my husband got out and took a look at things and said baby the whole tire came off. He walked behind us along the interstate and our tire was leaning against the guard rail. I broke down right down the road from Columbus Service Center, about 2 hours from home. After running diagnostics, they suggested I take my car to the Honda dealer for more advanced diagnostics because it could be a computer issue (or not, haha). Randy was very helpful in finding a tow company and the price for the diagnostics was fair. If I broke down again in Columbus, I'd choose Columbus Service Center again.
