I have an older rig that I’m incredibly meticulous with and out of all the auto shops from WA to NE this one truly has been my number one go-to. Pricing, communication, and integrity are truly unmatched. I’ve taken my vehicles into them repeatedly and have no complaints. I can’t emphasize enough how satisfied I am with their service.

This is long overdue and my sincerest apologies for not thanking you sooner. I broke down over 300miles from home. I was in desperate need. Gary and his amazing crew were able to adjust their schedule, go above and beyond, including pulling a little extra time, to get me back on the road, better than before. I am eternally grateful and forever in their debt. If we weren’t so far away, there wouldn’t be anyone else touching any of my vehicles. Avoid Colville Auto Repair – Terrible Experience I took my wife’s 2015 Jeep Cherokee to Colville Auto Repair three weeks ago. After an inspection, they told me it needed a new transfer case. I asked for a repair quote, and a week later James called to say it would cost nearly $2,000 for a used transfer case. I told him I’d order a brand new one myself, which I did that same day and dropped it off at their shop. A week later, they called me saying the part I ordered was wrong. I told them I’d get the correct one and bring it in. At that point, Gary told me it would be another two weeks before they could do the install. So I told him I’d come pick up the Jeep and do the job myself. Not once did he mention the vehicle was already taken apart. That would’ve been the right time to let me know

We so appreciate the years of great customer service we've received from Colville Auto! James and the entire staff have always been upfront and honest with us. One time they even stopped me from having the same work done twice. I was getting ready for a trip and forgot we'd had the work done in the Spring and called to schedule it before my trip. Last Summer right before an important trip, our Dodge wouldn't start for the first time ever. Even though they were booked up they allowed us to have it towed there and said they'd try to run diagnostics between jobs. They said they'd do their best but didn't want to make any promises on getting the repairs done before our trip because they were already booked.
