Colvin’s Complete Auto Care is hands down one of the best car repair shops I’ve dealt with in Columbus. The mechanics Mike and Jon are incredibly honest, highly experienced, and genuinely friendly and a blast to talk to. You can tell they care about doing things the right way. This is so important and something you’d be hard pressed to find in the area. The turnaround times are fast, pricing is always fair, and they were flexible and willing to work with me instead of just pushing unnecessary repairs. They always go above and beyond what you’d expect from a regular car shop, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable with the work being done. If you’re in Columbus, Ohio and want a shop you can actually trust I can’t recommend this place enough.

COLVIN'S AUTO COMPLETE was the best experience I have had in car repairs. First the staff were very professional and courteous. I was told to come at a specific time and they were there on time. I had a problem with my car shaking when I drove on the freeway at a certain speed. They test drove my car and fixed the problem. All of their diagnostics on my car were exactly what they told me was wrong. This is definitely a place where a woman can go and not be afraid of being taken advantage of. I highly recommend this business for everyone!

If i could leave 6 stars I would. Amazing service and Mike the man who runs the shop is a awesome and very fair person. Colvin's auto care will not replace problems but fix and fix your car problems the right way. If you stumble upon this place don't hesitate I can 100% vouch that this is a trusted shop with 11/10 service.
