Park straight from the street to the dock and then go to the receiving door (right by main entrance). Ring the bell and wait, sometimes it will take 5+ mins for somebody to show up. Usually is way bellow 40k lbs how tql sells their loads. Loading is 30 to 45 mins. People are friendly and polite.
