Combined Insurance Co-America

This insurance company has been taking out payments from our bank, and we have no policies or numbers for this insurance. Further more, we took out one policy and they added another policy without our authorization!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This company is a joke. I submitted a claim in the beginning of January- it’s been 8 weeks and I still haven’t heard from the adjuster Diana Morris. I’ve called multiple times and was told to expect a call within 24-48 hours and I never receive one. I also called and spoke with claims resolution, who did not do what their name states. I spoke to them on Tuesday 2/17 and was told to expect a call back Thursday 2/20 with a resolution and I haven’t heard anything since, today is Tuesday 2/25. PLEASE save yourself the trouble and do NOT work with this company. I will be canceling my services with them. This has been devastating to go through as my family now has had to go without.

There is NO customer service when needing to file a claim. Been paying this company for 20 years, finally TRYING to use it and getting nowhere! Going to cancel the 4 policies with this good for nothing company who would rather argue with you instead of taking blame and fixing the issue at hand, which is not paying what's promise.

We started using Combined Insurance Co-America this year . Everyone is prompt to answer questions and follows through with everything immediately. Wonderful, professional company. I strongly recommended this agency to anyone.

I had theeeee worst experience with this company! I was not only mis led by the agent, but flat out lied too! I was totally mis informed about so many things , at that point I had to cancel because of course I don’t trust them after all that. I also reported him as well, but you would think they would better screen they’re employees. With that being said please be careful and do your homework, he made it sound sooo good!🙄
