Combined Tire & Auto Repair - Cedarbrook Plaza

I am a father of 3 wonderful smart, gracious daughters. My oldest is a window with 3 children under 16 yrs old. She has been repeatedly been ripped off by this place. It infuriates me what I just learned to discover about this shop. To anyone who has family, friends or love ones that don't know or understand what to look for in caring for their vehicle, please give them a heads up to never send them to this place. It is sickening to see what some auto shops do to the most vulnerable. Please be proactive in making sure you love ones don't get taken advantage of. I will say this just to be fair a mechanic my daughter normally hasn't dealt with at this place told her to take it to Honda. Not every mechanic is a horrible person. Friendly staff nice waiting area. Fixed my flat tire in the expected time and at a good price.

After going to Blatt tires for about 20 years, I am finally leaving. Since they changed ownership and changed to Combined tire & Auto, the service has been so bad. One of the ladies at the front desk has such a nasty attitude. I gave it a try a couple of times but today took the cake. The last two oil changes I had, my oil light constantly keeps coming on and I have to keep bringing my car back and forth because they weren’t setting it. This last time which was today was the third time I bought the car back and I just got my oil changed and breaks put on a month ago. My break pad was getting stuck and I couldn’t drive my car so I took it back today again because the engine light and oil light was back on again. Nothing was wrong with my engine but I got charged an additional $70 for a diag

In at 8:00am, out before 10:30. Inspection only. Others concerned about sensors not going off after a prior repair visit seemed to be a theme. Staff very friendly, customers appear to have positive relationships. Sensor mastery for correction and repair of concern. Not my issue today.

Great place and great people- honest and did not overcharge me! My older vehicle was making grinding noises and shaking, and I thought something awful was wrong. I was hesitant because I just don't know about the innards of vehicles; my brother usually works on the car or tells me what to say, but that wasn't going to happen this time. The staff were all pleasant and polite, and the gentleman who waited on me patiently explained the problems and the options for fixing them. I got a tie rod end replaced, and also new brakes, and the problem is completely gone. I now know that I could have gotten a lot more than a tie rod end replaced and paid a lot more too, and never would have known that there was a less expensive fix. The work done quickly, and the waiting area was very nice too.
