I had an excellent experience with Combs Wrecker Service & Repair. Darin, the truck driver, arrived earlier than expected and was professional, efficient, and very respectful — a true American who clearly takes pride in his work. Most importantly, my vehicle was handled with care and arrived with zero damage. Kristie in dispatch was equally impressive. My phone kept dropping the call (5–6 times), but she remained patient and professional throughout and successfully gathered all the information needed to get Darin to my location. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend this team if you need towing or repair services in the Winchester area.

My car had to get towed due to a tire issue . It was late and I was 45 miles from home. I called three tow companies and nobody could come. My fourth call led me to Combs towing. He was outstanding and could have charged whatever due to circumstances. He handle my car with care. He tried to “fix” it enough to get it on the truck and towed to a shop. I asked him to tow me anywhere knowing I was unable to get the issue resolved that evening. He suggested a place that was still open but near closing time. He spoke with the gentleman and they took care of me and fixed the issue. Highly recommend Combs. He was professional and price was extremely reasonable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Called them today to move a crated machine for me. After an expiernce with another company, I was anxious to ensure the next carrier did not fail. When I tell you these folks delivered on service I mean it. They did such a great job the end user called me to thank me and let me know just how Amazing Darin did. The price was a good deal less than the competitors. Service perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Combs Wrecker is absolutely our first call every time in the area. I had to get my 2025 Toyota Camry towed back to the dealership after it would not start. Driver (Darin Combs) came all the way out to Hampshire County West Virginia to get my vehicle. The weather was not great either. Mr. Combs was very nice & professional & took great care with my car, loading it & taking it to Winchester Va. We also spoke with his wife on the telephone (Kristie Combs) & she was very nice & professional as well. Not a ding on my car & everything went great. Would definitely use them again. 5/5 STARS.

My interlock (I know 🙄) crashed out on my car and wouldn't work. Therefore I couldn't start my car. Made an appointment for a tow the following morning and Darren was there on time and very cool!!! The whole family are good people. Amen for them 🙏🏼 I'll tell ya!
