I’ve been doing business with them for the past two years and I have been treated there with upmost respect and consideration. The staff there are great people, especially Hazel. I remember leaving that office with a big smile on my face because she found me a cheaper insurance rate for our two vehicles. It’s not about the money for them. It’s about making people happy and I appreciate that a lot.

Understand that you will be running on their time. Every time I walk in the building someone is on the phone, I don't know with who though because every time I call I'm on hold for over an hour and no one answers until they close. Called to get wreck insurance plans resolved, when I asked the employee why I would get disconnected from hold every 20 minutes to have to call again she said, "Honey I'm sorry but I don't know much about these phone systems other than that they ring incessantly and I just don't have the time to pick it up." With 30 minutes left until they close. If this is how they treat and speak to their customers, I'm certainly no customer of theirs.

Been with this company for around 5-6 years with sr22, the last 6-7 months it has been next to impossible to get ahold of anyone to pay my bill and I end up paying a late fee because I can't get ahold of anyone. Today for example, I have been trying to call since 12pm and no answer, just keeps ringing. I wouldn't recommend them until this issue is fully addressed.

Someone added me to their policy to make their payment cheaper and i was told there was nothing i could do to remove myself. Apparently you can use anyone’s information as long as you have it and do whatever you want. Poor excuse for a policy in my opinion

Always loved being with this company but, since Jason and his wife have taken ownership, they've really turned this business around and brought it into the 21st century. Thanks for the new policy, today. Looking forward to more years with you all.
