Commercial Tire

The Commercial Tire store on 11th Avenue in Nampa helped me out big time on New Years Eve. That day is a pretty busy one for a tire store. Lots of folks who have time off for the holidays had dropped their cars off for tire work or repairs. My Rav4 had a slow leak caused by a screw I ran over. I didn't want to be driving on the interstate back and forth to work the next few days without getting that tire fixed. The Toyota dealer said they didn't have time to fix the tire. As I drove into the Commercial Tire store I could see they were busy. However, they found the time when Toyota wouldn't, and Commercial Tire fixed the tire. And what did they charge? Nothing. (Yes, I gave them a tip!) Really appreciate the 11th Avenue store for helping me out on a Holiday.

I had absolutely great service at this place. Employees are willing to go above and beyond with a great attitude. They were very fast and very friendly. All I had was a silly little bolt stuck in my license plate I couldn’t remove myself. They were so happy to help me do it.

Great guys and customer service. Lee has been a real hero when bringing in my vehicles. Thanks to him. Lee is a real hero.

Not impressed with customer service at all. This is the second time I have been displeased with them. Two "gentlemen" standing behind the counter didnt have the customer service skills to greet my wife and I as we walked in, and then proceeded to let us stand there wondering if we were invisible. After someone finally greeted us, the two "gentlemen" walked away clearly talking negatively about my wife and I. This will be the LAST time we use this shotty company for any service.

We came in to check out our tires and noise in our front end. Our front end needed a lot of work. The manager showed my husband all the problems and was able to make the repairs right then as it was unsafe to drive further. We appreciate that we were helped so quickly and that we were shown all the problems without any pressure. The work was finished quickly and it was a pleasure doing business with Commercial Tire in Nampa.
