Very unprofessional service I called this company for roadside tire repair and waited over an hour. When they finally arrived, they refused to do the job just because the driver didn’t have a physical credit card. I offered to pay over the phone or have another driver of mine arrive within 30 minutes to handle the payment, but they still refused and left. Because of that, I had to order another service and wait several more hours. Very poor customer service — definitely not recommended.

Took my motorhome to Commercial Tire Service and spoke with Eric about new tires. Eric provided a very competitive estimate and tires were ordered. Eric called when tires came in the next morning. He was super helpful throughout the process. Eric's coworkers did a great installation including installing additional extension valve stems I had purchased for my dually tires. The guys also helped in loading my used tires to be resold . After I did a drive they re-torqued my lug nuts. Great convenient shop with plenty of space.

Called inquiring about getting a new spare after we had a blowout on our RV. Richard was quick to answer the phone and had the right size and rating tire on hand. Swung by and they put it on the rim and disposed of the shredded tire for me. They had me in and out quickly. They did take the time to speak to me about the differences in tire ratings. I feel we got a better tire than we currently had on the rv. Would see these guys for all tire needs. Great shop!

Showed up to the shop at 7:30, first in line and were the first in at 8:00am when they opened. We had new tires on the front steer (the old ones were only 2 years old). We had them inspected before we left on this trip and were told they were fine. They were not fine. The guys at Commercial couldn’t believe we actually made it as far as we did without a blowout. Thank god! They had us on our way within 2 hours. Thanks for the great service.

This place was Great Until, Their worker found a nail in my tire. Tire was Aired up but had a nail. They asked me if I wanted them to patch it, I was like yes, sure. Well they took it off but then told me they couldn't patch it because to close to edge. I understand there " Libility " issues in their eyes but I ask them if I could plug it and use there air so I can get down the road. Remember this tire is 3 months old. I wasnt leaving without this tire on my trailer. Well trying to sell me another tire , I was like NO. THAT TIRE WILL BE FINE. I just need to borrow ur air? They wouldn't let me and literally made me leave with tire on rim but no air. I pulled around the block and asked a mechanical shop to use air. Plug tire, put some liquid Flat repair in it. And literally had it fix in
