Bad experience eith david. Inquired 9/16 about toolbox. Agreed on 9/19 for install. After weeks of no response, I myself reached back out. He claimed my email was in spam, but a quick search would have shown it was there(he found it) (10-14). A after receiving no response I followed up again on the 30th of october,October, where I was told my toolbox was ready for pick up..(he quoted and we agreed to an install) was told i was being put on the schedule. Its now 11/25 and again, never got any update or heard from anyone. I asked to be taken off tbe schedule voicing my displeasure only to be told "ok"....some buisness with great customer service you all have here...I guess if its not the big flatbed install or big money job, it aint important to em.

If you have to deliver a load here, truck beds in particular, Be ready to waste couple hrs here, cause forklift guy is extremely slow.

Still in absolute disbelief with how rude the receptionist was towards a potential customer. In all my years I have never experienced horrible service as I did this morning. This place is the worst

Not really smart people work there , they have no idea what they doing , they did get the job done but when errors start showing up on my dashboard they would not take responsibilities.
