picked up a bolt in a tire heading south through Pineville, stopped here for a quick repair. (tire was leaking air profusely, but not flat yet) I wasn't expecting miracles, I realize they're likely busy with scheduled work, but they absolutely refused to look at it. no quick plug and some air as a temp fix.. nothing. Crater auto & towing down the street got right to us, repaired the tire with a pull through patch, and right back on the road. (they were busy as well)

I took my truck to them with a complaint of gas cap warning light and dirty fluid in my radiator. I had already replaced the gas cap, hoping that was the problem, but it didn’t fix the problem. So I already knew there was a problem with the EVAP system. I knew of one part commonly goes wrong with an EVAP system, and I was hoping that was it. It was the evaporative system integrity module. Turns out that that WAS the problem. I had already looked the part up before I took it to them, and it cost $39. And I knew it wouldn’t be too difficult to replace because I saw it done on the Internet. I just didn’t have any way to lift my truck to get to it. They replaced that part. He said they drained and cleaned my radiator, and replaced a hose. They charged me $700. A week and a half later I’m d

Great Work & Honest Had an engine light go on and needed to figure out the problem. They diagnosed and fixed the problem that same day. The quoted price was on the low end compared to the nearest dealerships and was on point with what others were claiming to have paid online. They are up to date on current practices. Fixed the problem and even uploaded a new software update. It’s the little things that make a difference! Two things to note: 1. Expect to have them diagnose your vehicle even if you think you know the problem or had it diagnosed by a parts store. 2. They will not install any parts you bring in yourself.
