Commonwealth Senior Living at Georgian Manor

The team at Georigan Manor was extremely helpful and friendly when I was touring homes and making decision on moving my mother into assisted living. They made the move-in process so easy and under tight timelines. The entire staff has been warm and welcoming and making my mom's first days there very easy for her. I'm glad i chose Georgian Manor.

Grateful for the great directors and leadership at Georgian Manor. They work sooo well with their team and are very friendly, caring and kind to the residents and family, especially to my mother. I feel they work so very hard to provide a positive healthy, clean, fun, and warm environment for their residents. Thank you for all you do to help the residents feel productive and cared for!! ❤️❤️🙏🏻

This one star is not for everyone this one star is is for a few things I been seeing over the past few months. My aunt is a resident here and has been one for quite some time. The staffing turn around for the nurses are horrible how can they take care of these residents without nurses. The lady Kristy who runs the building is the absolute worst before she came my aunt was content here happy now this lady came who I would say have not been here for very long because it was other directors here before her who I adored as well as my aunt. This new director first off attitude is ugly when ask to speak with her you can't. In my opinion this is why there are no workers because who wants to work around that. Other staffing here are great I am always greeted by other workers here I can say the foo

The room was quite messing, so I needed to clean it. My father’s fingernails were about three‑quarters of an inch long and had not been trimmed. We had to trim those. I’m not sure whether nail care is included in the services provided, but it seems like it should be. He was also unshaven for several weeks, so we had to shave him ourselves. His scalp has multiple sores, which appear consistent with not bathing regularly. When we asked about bathing, he said that only wipes are being used. We don’t know whether he is refusing baths or showers, but we would like him to receive full bathing because he is visibly dirty, and some of his skin issues may be related to the lack of proper hygiene.

Visiting my mom today since I was out of town for Thanksgiving Holiday. For group activity, mom was at activity room making flower arrangement and then watching the oldies dancing and singing!! She enjoyed herself. Mom is well dressed and the facility is very clean with pleasant smells as usual.
