Community Auto Body was my insurance's recommendation but I would 1000% choose them if I had to again! From the beginning they were very informative and communicated with both my wife and I on the process from start to finish. Customer service was impeccable and the actual work was phenomenal! Reason: rear-end collision with a Peter-built Dump truck Time to fix: 7 days, extended to 8 I came in devastated with rear end damage to my vehicle, Tinkerbell. I didn’t believe it would be possible for ANY shop to repair the rear to her former condition. Michelle was an amazing help over the phone! I was able to send a text with photos for my broken window and in under an hour had a price estimate along with how long the repair would take. I was genuinely surprised that the work was done so quickly!! Props to all the employees at Community Auto Body fron the front desk to the shop. I would 100% recommend to anyone!!

I'm not one to usually leave a review (good/bad), but I felt my experience definitely warranted a review to let others know just how great Community Auto Body is to work with. This is my 2nd time taking a vehicle to Community Auto Body and they truly are wonderful to work with. Their customer service is exceptional, they're very communicative and do top notch work! Unfortunately, this time around my vehicle was considered to be a total loss and they did not perform any repairs, just estimating. They were very accommodating when I had to reach out to them to make arrangements to get my belongings out of my vehicle and continued to treat me with the same exceptional customer service, even though they weren't making any of the repairs that were estimated at around $30k.
