I had a frustrating experience at this shop. I took my vehicle for an oil change and to address a check engine light. They replaced a sensor or pump, but the part was faulty (not their fault), and they failed to tighten the drain plug properly, causing an oil leak. I had to get it fixed at another shop since I sold the car, and the buyer didn’t trust returning here. I requested a refund for the defective part, provided proof of the repair, and even retrieved the part, but the manager has given me the runaround for weeks. Despite multiple calls, there’s been no follow-through. The poor service and lack of accountability are unacceptable. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this shop.

My wife's car just stopped running while she had been waiting in the elementary school pick-up line. They were fast, friendly and got the car running again in short order. She's been telling me how impressed she was all afternoon. And after she showed me the invoice I was impressed too. If someone from Community reads this: thank you! Update: The transmission on my car went to the great junk yard in the sky. Community was able to source and replace the entire transmission in record time. Again, Thank You Community Auto.

Went here because of the good reviews and they did not disappoint. I moved here from up north and was worried because I wanted an honest mechanic like I had back home. Well, I found it! Honest & affordable. How it should be! Will definitely be returning and my husband is taking his truck there soon!

This place was very friendly and fast! I have worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years. I always strive to give my customers the best service possible, unfortunately I don't receive the same when I'm out. John was extremely kind, communicative and professional. The car needed several things done to it. I was pleased with the price and the car runs great. I highly recommend Community Auto Repair for all your car care needs, you will not be disappointed :))
