Community Car Wash

I never post reviews but very frustrated. I picked the $7.00 car wash & it charged me $13.00. The car wash was pointless, I know it was the cheap one but all it did was spray water on my car. No scrubbing or anything. This isn’t the first time this has happened or I have been over charged.

This what my car looked like after $9 for automatic wash with under carriage option. Felt absolutely nothing under car and by looks if the rest of the car can only think that's just a money grab.

Never cleans the car, brush scratched my car and takes a long time before engine or tire cleaner starts to work. Pressure isn't the best. Took forever for foam to come out of brush. 4 min turns into 2 min for how long it takes for wand to work. Very disappointed. Auto wash credit card was down, never gives enough time to actually dry the car.

Clean, brushes have actual bristles and reasonable price. I can do a full wash(tire cleaner, soap spray, foaming brush, rinse, wax, rinse) for like $10. Don't forget to spray your under carriage and remember your floor mats cause they will toss them. What do you expect? It's a DIY car wash not a floor mat lost and found.

I did not realize the automatic car wash was out of order until after I paid for the wash, through the app. There was a telephone number listed on the sign for customer service. No answer— I left a message, thinking I’d never hear back. Within an hour I received a text asking for name , address, and amount I needed to be reimbursed. Most impressive!
