Community Honda Service Dept.

BEWARE: Recently received routine service that added up to over $700. That's not the problem. I was dropped off to pick up my car and I was told by the cashier that there would be a 3% service fee to use my credit card for the bill. What?! I was not told that earlier and I don't routinely carry $700 in my wallet. I don't have a debit card. I have been a long time Honda owner and so have my family members. We have received service from this dealership many times. We have received texts and mailings from this dealership many times. NEVER about this new service charge . We have always used our credit cards without service charges. I was told that this service fee went into effect 2 weeks prior. I needed to have the oil changed on my vehicle urgently, the same day, as I had a college student that did not have the service completed and he would only be home for one more day. I called and the service department and they were gracious enough to squeeze me in without an appointment. For a Saturday walk-in I was very appreciative.

The team was attentive and the service was relatively timely. I was told it probably would only take a couple hours, but I was notified about 4 to 5 hours later the car was done. I'm glad I didn't stick around and wait it out. This was the first place I've been where they don't offer service vehicles, but they do give the option to rent one for a day. I guess you pay for it one way or another. Since I elected the vehicle, I was not in a rush to get back. They were able to assist me after the service dept had gone for the day. Overall, good experience and I would go back.

I made an appointment for my Honda Odyssey to get serviced because my oil light came on. They did my oil change weeks prior, and my minivan is under warranty, so taking it back to them was a no brainer. Randy made it real easy to drop my minivan off and to pick it up. He explained everything to me from start to finish. I truly appreciate his transparency. This dealership will be my go to for my maintenance for my Honda Odyssey moving forward.

I have a 6 month old CRV Trailsport. brought it in for a few reasons: oil change, phone connection to car is horrible (person on other end can not hear me, and it is NOT my phone), heat not working (seriously, no blower going on) and windshield fluid not coming out. They ONLY thing that got resolved was the oil change.
