Went here for the first time for a pm arrived at 11:38am was done by 5pm. Wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re in a hurry. Don’t get me wrong they do quality work (per say). Saw my truck moved twice before it was finally worked on. Low tire pressure light was on the service tech didn’t even bother too put air back in the tires…..but other than them being slower than maple syrup it was a decent place! Update found out a day later after doing a pre trip and seeing a check engine light on that the guy who serviced the truck didn’t put the oil cap back on therefore having oil spray every where under the hood!

Bought a 2022 Cascadia with about 300k miles from here. In 7 months I’ve spent over $35k on repairs. Truck was overpriced and constantly breaking down every couple weeks. Lost a lot of time and money. Definitely avoid this place.

If you guys planning to buy a truck from this place, be careful because this guys are liars, make sure always do diagnostic especially roof, when I bought a truck few weeks later, I found a damage on roof, when I asked them why you guys didn’t tell me about it, they said that’s not our problem anymore. His name was Chris. Stay away if possible from this liars place 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I didn't purchase or lease a truck from Compass, but I delivered three(3) brand new 2026 Freightliner Cascadias to them. It seemed to me that I was an annoyance and my time was very unimportant to them. I assume that was because they were devoted so heavily to their customers. Let's hope that was the reason.
