I purchased a used Lexus SUV from Chris. I was nervous at first about starting the process and buying a used car, but Chris made me feel at ease from the very start. He was transparent about minor scratches, and beyond those, it feels like a brand new car. I am grateful for his professionalism and attention to detail. He made the process so much less stressful.

Would have any vehicle being sold by Chris to be double checked and inspected by a third party mechanic, Chris failed to mention several issues on a vehicle I drove a long distance to purchase. He said body work was perfect, but upon closer look you can see broken bumpers and trim pieces, last minute spray paint jobs, and mechanical issues. What was reported as a rear bumper refinish on the carfax due to suitcase scuffs was actually the vehicle being backed into hard enough it damaged the exhaust. He became a little short/abrupt with us when we tried to negotiate the price for the issues and showed us quickly to the door. I gave a star for his professionalism in the beginning of the deal and him being available to us on a Saturday evening.

I recently had an issue with the heat in my car and with it being winter, it was especially frustrating. This shop was the closest to me so I decided to give them a try and I am very glad I did. They were quick, efficient, and got the problem taken care of without any hassle. I am very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again!
