Complete Auto Care/ Grand prairie Auto Repair

Dishonest!!! Be careful Kept car for over 3 weeks. Charged more than initially quoted and charged a 3% convenience fee (never mentioned during the 4 weeks we discussed the repair). While I'm thankful that I have transportation.. I hoped Complete Auto Repair was fair and honest. The guy at the register was nice, but that does not outweigh the negative.

I change my rotors and brake pads, on October they were making a really weird sound so I took my car back they had me for 3 hours waiting and told me they didnt find a problem with the installation so I came back today February 3rd and magically there was something wrong with my brake pads I told them they were getting scratch my rotots since day one no I am going to go have to pay for new rotors and I am gonna be better installing them myself than giving my car to this people that only wash their hands and they were offering to fix a problem they created on exchange of me paying for something I originally already pay, save yourself from these peole and dont come here

Don't go here unless you want your car damaged! We went in for a brake change. They changed my brakes and rotors and it suddenly started making noise and the rotors were getting scratched because they tightened the brakes too much. They even admitted the parts looked good when they put them on, and they're the only people that have touched the brakes. So then all of the damage is from how they put those parts together. They blamed the bracket but how is that going to be bad on a reliable model of car with only 80k miles?

It’s been a while since I have written a review but with this place I just had to. As soon as I got out of my car I was greeted by the receptionist and she had such a pleasant tone and attitude. The lobby is so clean and comfortable. There is also a really nice fridge of refreshments for a good price too! They were also really fast with my oil change, and this is my second one and my car had NO problems with the first time.

I am very pleased with Complete Auto Repair. I came in without an appointment, greeted as I drove up. Reasonable diagnostic fee (applied towards the bill) and quick to diagnose the problem. The bill is reasonable for the repair done. Considering the rip off artist I commonly run into in the repair industry, they are a breath of fresh air. Thanks guys
