Complete Auto Center is my go-to mechanic going forward, HANDS DOWN. I started my day stressing about my brakes and costs, but ended the day with smiles, laughter, and my money and sanity protected . Despite being down a staff member, they took my car anyway and gave me answers to my issue within about an hour of dropping it off. Kevin and team were serious about my repair but warm toward me, and extremely informational without being judgemental of my level of knowledge or understanding of what I call "car stuff". Kevin is honest with his clients whether the news is good or terrible or unknown; he will give it to you straight but also follows up with a plan setting realistic expectations. I can't recommend this shop enough. If you are tired of big-name shops making excuses, come here. They focused entirely on finding a solution and getting my car back on the road. The work quality is excellent, showing real craftsmanship regardless of the job size. They are fast, effective, and ensured I was 100% happy before I left. This will be my go-to shop from now on!

Two rear tires on a 2022 Tesla Model Y (Continental ProContact RXT2). Charged $937 total. The same tires and install would run $600–700 at Discount Tire or Tire Rack. Tires were $365 each (vs $270–337 elsewhere), labor was $50/tire, plus a ridiculous $30 shop supplies fee they refused to remove when I asked. Work was done fine, no issues with the actual service. Just overpriced. Shop around before coming here.

Drove 30 mins here for a reason, based on the stellar reviews. If it is possible to bring my autos here, I will. John especially wonderful to work with. He, Kevin and team saved me beaucoup on my BMW. Stay clear of "stealerships", bring 'em here!
