Complete Auto Glass

**DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE PAINT! Tech wore a hoodie with zipper unzipped and completely scratched an entire panel on my hood deeply as well as broke chips out to the sheet metal! Currently have one of their techs out at my house replacing the windshield on my Mercedes Benz GLS550. Unfortunately, the single tech is wearing a hoodie unzipped and I’m watching his zipper slide up and down my fenders, his tool to cut the windshield out is being allowed to slam on the A-Pillars and slide up and down the paint, not the glass. You would think the techs realize that leaning and pressing against paint is going to scuff and possibly scratch or worse all those painted panels. He is also slamming doors shut, slamming them wide open to the point the door bounces backwards. L

Jacob and Leela did an excellent job. Replaced the windshield on a 2016 GMC van. They were very efficient and thorough. Thanks !

Complete Auto Glass Recently had my windshield replaced by Complete Auto. They are terrific and I will use them again if need The called me promptly to schedule. Had to short notice reschedule and again got me scheduled kindly and quickly very next day. Aaron came out 9am share and was very personable and friendly. Gave me some pointers and was very informative on their placement and quality assurance and guarantees. Aaron was quick but very efficient and knew what he was doing. The service was fast and accommodating but they didn’t put my car back together properly. There’s missing screws and caps to my windshield it makes me question their competency in the whole job.The windshield it’s self looks like it isn’t properly sealed either.

This is for a 2021 Subaru Outback Some backstory: I’ve taken my windshield to safelight 3 times before we had that law pass where consumers could choose. Each time it broke in the same location as a stress fracture and each time safelight refused to cover it on their end. Also each time they took multiple appointments to recalibrate my car all day (2x for each repair) before they allowed the dealership to take over- including sourcing a used mirror from eBay because they couldn’t get it to work/leaving my mirror not fully installed and dangling. The review: something I never thought would happen I was actually giddy over my windshield. Elated even. It’s been a week and the same stress fracture hasn’t occurred. They completed the whole service - calibration also- in an hour and a half. I w
