I would give ten stars if possible. I've got a '94 corvette that after someone else worked on it leaked oil like crazy. After calling a number of other places; some asking me where it was leaking from! how should I know that's why I'm calling you!, I call CAR. I explained to Greg that my water pump had been leaking; the original problem,and he knew exactly what the end result was. A burned out distributor system. Anyway after talking to him for a few minutes I felt confident that he knew what he was doing. Greg quoted my a price and service plan that I felt was fair. I realize how much work they were about to do. After having my car for about a week, Greg asked my to come down so he could show me what was going on. Took our 2010 Audi here after a few places gave us the run around. I spoke with Greg about our vehicle anytime anything came up I spoke with Greg, never anyone else, always one person. Greg was very informative and detailed about the work that needed to be done. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Honestly one of the best and honest mechanics I've ever visited. One time, I thought I had a serious timing issue with my car because the engine was starting to rattle, so I brought it in. They took some time to look at it and realized it was just a loose bolt, so they tightened it up and gave the car back to me, and they didn't charge me for their time. I am now a lifelong customer because they definitely had the opportunity to rip me off and charge me hundreds or even thousands for a timing service, but they did not. They do things right, and for a fair price.

When we broke down outside of Lubbock over two weeks ago, we had our car towed to Complete Auto Repair (on Slide Rd.). We selected Complete Auto Repair because it was one of only a few automotive shops that were open on Saturdays. Greg was honest, patient, and understanding of the fact that we were stranded from out-of-town. After renting a car to get home, he continued to provide us with information on the status of our vehicle over the phone to help us make the appropriate decisions from a distance.
