Excellent and honest service. I get so overwhelmed working with mechanics, not to mention I was 40 mins away from home when my brakes failed. I was in the door an hour before closing, welcomed into their warm waiting area. My car was only here for two days, partially delayed because of the parts we needed from the dealer. Mechanic was transparent with the work needed, sending photos to assure me of what was wrong and how they’d fix it. I think I have found a mechanic I can finally trust!

Was quoted $900 to replace a cat converter. Never mentioned labor. Did the financing and they approved me for $2000. I added brake pads on to my repair. Total ended up coming out to $1950. I was extremely upset, went to get my car and talked to Matt because labor for the cat converter was not mentioned and the $500 for the brake pads was never mentioned. He showed me where the pricing came from, gave me a lifetime warranty for my parts, a free full synthetic oil change and my parts. I gave them an amazing review because Matt did great business today, my engine light went off by itself and my car is driving perfectly.

I bought my car from Easy Finance (terrible place) and it was smoking before I even made it home. They told me to take it to this shop. I left it for 4 days and they did nothing to it. They cleared the codes and put JB Weld on areas of the transmission and motor to try and hide the oil leak and there were a ton of bolts missing, tires are bald. No way it passed a legal inspection. Not safe to drive at all. I will be filing a complaint with the state.

Walked in without appointment. My issue was much but they took care of it. They let you see what they will be working on. Oh, I’m impressed. One Happy Lady . I’m enjoying my Air Condition. Thank you Andy and your workers. You got a customer for life.

$1,500 down the drain and I STILL don’t have working AC. The technician came out, charged me a ridiculous amount, and the unit is in the exact same condition as before. Every time I call, I get excuses instead of solutions. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of money. I regret ever calling this company — they took my money and left me sweating. Save yourself the frustration and go with someone else who actually knows what they’re doing.
