Im excited to say I payed my car off today. Yolanda is very nice and sweet. She has worked with me through the last 3 years with my vehicle. Although all the staff is really professional and nice I mainly did my business with Yolanda. Whenever I was in a bind she was always there to help me through my hard times. My wife and I made our first purchase almost 4 years ago. We was completely taken care of from start to finish on our purchase. Just yesterday we got our second vehicle from them. The absolute best customer service ever. We got us a 2013 Cadillac Escalade Platinum and we kept our Yukon and wasn't pressured to trade it in. Miriam is the best! Did my application online, sent in my documents and she reached back out with an approval! I have challenged credit but with good income and decent down payment I was able to drive off with a 2022 with 96k miles and low payments (low to me lol) Absolutely love my car! Will update in the next few months about how the car is holding up but otherwise 100% satisfied
