Rude and unprofessional. Called to inquire about a vehicle for sale that’s been sitting approximately 8 months. At least. (I live close by and have always loved it but wasn’t looking to purchase until now) I asked a few standard questions about the vehicle and it’s maintenance. Mainly the timing belt as the car has 171,000 miles on it. I asked if they could either email me the car fax or give me the VIN so I could pull it myself and the man completely flipped on me. If I’m paying cash for a vehicle I think I deserve to know it’s reliable. Do your research guys. Honest dealers do NOT get angry, scream and name call when asked for a car fax or VIN.

I bought a car I paid cash for,,,I didn't get the proper tests done when I bought the car. The engine was cracked and the transmission needed replacing. Here's the thing,,,,I paid cash for this car and he wouldn't release the title to me. I met two other people who bought the same model and they had the same problem. One said her husband got in his face and he gave her the title AND replaced her engine! My car stopped,,,it got towed,,,then he rushed and put the car in my name. DON'T GO HERE!!! Worst deal in my life. $7500 gone into his bank account while I'm on the bus looking for an honest dealer. I couldn't trade my car in,,,sell it or even get a loan because the entire year and a half he kept the title.

Extremely rude and disrespectful customer service. Bought car had serious issues with it and was scolded when I tried to have it fixed... Just purely unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend if I could go back and take my business elsewhere I would.
