I had the pleasure of working with Josh at Complete Automotive when purchasing a pre-owned car, and the experience was outstanding! Like many people, I went in expecting the usual car-dealer stereotypes—shady, pushy, greedy—but Josh and the team were the complete opposite. They were genuinely honest, down-to-earth, and clearly passionate about what they do. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt 100% comfortable with the purchase. My son needed a clean low mileage car. We had been looking for some time, and were starting to get discouraged. Everything we looked at seemed to be overpriced, with high mileage, or had been owned by multiple people with recorded accidents. Finally we found Brian at Complete Automotive. It was a completely different car buying experience, compared to the others that we had encountered, during our search. No pressure when looking at their vehicles, take as long as you need going over the cars that you might be interested in. We were able to find a Lexus ES 350 with low mileage and very well taken care of, for a very reasonable price. It took us a while to find these guys, but we're glad that we did, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from these folks at all.

Complete automotive I had a wonderful meeting with Brian the owner of this company.   I was needing to buy a quality vehicle for my daughter.   We both wanted a lower Milage car that is on the easier side to work on.    She personally wanted the manual transmission and a larger car.  We needed to purchase a car ASAP because my child has just started a new job.  I went online and tried to find a vehicle that matched her specific needs.   Our price range was under 6000.00 dollars.  And if anyone has been looking recently for a under car there really is not a huge amount that are not total junk right.  I needed to buy from a dealer because I choose to put this purchase on a credit card.   I found compete automotive on auto trader.   I saw the car that fit my needs a d my daughters needs onlin

From start to finish communication was on point, which is key when purchasing a vehicle from across the country. Jon went above and beyond, from performing requested additional maintenance to picking us up from the airport and continued communication weeks after the sale! It’s awesome to have worked with a brick and mortar automotive business that takes pride in matching vehicles to owners.

Red Carpet Service!!! I purchased a 5-series BMW wagon (which I loved) from Brian at Complete Automotive back in 1997. Had a great experience then, but moved to the 'burbs and kind of forgot about the dealership over the years. However, I recently went though some stuff and needed to buy a car on a very strict budget. Saw a fantastic vehicle advertised at Compete Automotive, but it was a bit out of my price range. I casually mentioned what I was looking/hoping for - not really expecting anything - and was surprised to receive a call from Brian few days later informing me that he had found EXACTLY what I was looking for - in my price range! This dealer specializes in high-end vehicles that frequently cost over 6 figures, but despite shopping on the very low-end (so-to-speak lol) I receive
