This shop is the place to go! They did a fantastic job on my 2000 Dodge Ram 1500. Had several issues with the truck not communicating with the computer. Repaired governor In the transmission. Also the Ignition coil. And complete distributor assembly.. Zachary is extremely knowledgeable and Josh that actually worked on my truck did a great job. Don't waste your time going anywhere else..

First time meeting the team at Complete Auto. Took my truck in got it checked out, got the work done, all went smoothly and on time as promised. I don't agree with no notice to the customer regarding credit card fees. The customer should be notified on the bill he is being charged a credit card fee for using a credit card. It should not be labeled other fees without description. Other than that, Zac, knows customer service, and thank you Zac for your prompt attention to my automotive needs.

Can’t keep their word for crap, dropped my truck off for tire install and alignment. After 3-4 hours I was notified they didn’t have the proper equipment to do it (no harm no foul I get it stuff happens). Arrive to pick the truck up and they say to take it to a shop for tire balance and bring it back for a free alignment (didn’t ask for anything was planning on going somewhere else after that but who doesn’t like free). Paid 120 at their buddy’s place to get them mounted and balanced, returned the next day, dropped the truck off and was notified that it would cost 300$ now since the truck is lifted, how could you not tell it was lifted when you walked up to it and saw the tires? Brought in my 2013 Toyota Venza after some crash repairs I made and it began eating tires.. Several shops in the area wouldn’t even look at the car because of this. The guys at Complete were able to align the vehicle as close to factory specs as possible, gave me a printed report and explained everything they did to correct the problem. All at a very good price.
