⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service Every Time! Complete Autowash Philly is hands down the best car wash in the city! Every visit, my car comes out spotless and shining like new. What really sets this place apart, though, is the incredible customer service — especially from Rick. Rick goes above and beyond to make sure every customer has a great experience. He’s professional, friendly, and always takes the time to make sure the job is done right. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and the quality of work. If you want your car cleaned right and to be treated with genuine care, this is the place to go. Huge thanks to Rick and the team for consistently delivering top-notch service!

They are washing the vehicles well; it's good that the owner supervises and helps the employees to ensure good quality control. The only issue is that they don't spray pressurized water under the fenders to remove dirt, and the running boards also remain dirty. The subscriptions don't include carpet cleaning. If you take your vehicle to be washed every day, you have to pay $6 daily, which would be about $160 a month plus the membership fee. It would be good if they included carpet cleaning in the subscriptions.

I’ve had a subscription with them since summer 2025. Recently my work schedule has gotten in the way of me taking my car as much as I would like. The other day I got off work early and made it to the carwash at 4:53 on a day they were supposed to close at 5. When I arrived the gates were closed. I got out my car and went inside and asked mngmt politely why they were closed and if they could let me in since it wasn’t 5pm yet. I was informed for the first time that they take their last vehicle at 10 minutes before closing. It would be nice if they disclosed this on their website or when you sign up… I’ve been going for months and that was my first time hearing that. I ask for a refund since I am being denied service that I already paid for, to which I was told they could only cancel my membe

Left with car still dirty, didn't clean inside back window at all. They did not vacuum the back of the car: the rear seat or floor. Half ass. The staff is very polite & nice, wish I could go back but I spent 19.00 on a car wash & $3.00 on a tip & I left with a car that still needed cleaning. I'm bummed, I liked the staff a lot but of course I'm not returning.

Always my favorite place to go to gauratee the best service. Your car always leaves looking like its actually been washed and dried properly. I even went the extra mile and restored my headlights. Best money that I've spent here. The customer service is impeccable all the way around the board. Even the owner gets out their and works with the workers to ensure that you leave out as a satisfied customer. Great job always! Keep up the good work!
