Complete Car Care

My son Reed is a student at the University of South Carolina and recently took his truck to Complete Car Care for repairs. As a parent who couldn’t be there in person to help him, I truly appreciate how well they treated him. They did excellent work at a very fair price, took the time to explain everything clearly, and most importantly, they did not take advantage of a young college kid who was on his own. They were professional, honest, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. I highly recommend Complete Car Care — they are awesome!

Such a great experience! The staff was responsive, honest, and kind. The repair cost was reasonable. The work was impeccable. I will send my son here again and again when he needs service while he is at school.

I have been here twice and this place is great! It is a little out of my way, but definitely worth it. The first time....New to the area and needed some work done on my truck. I knew what the issue was, water pump needing to be replaced. I had called 2 other places first, close to me, and when I told them the issue, I was treated like I was a moron. When I called Complete Car Care, I was spoken to like I had a clue, with respect. I absolutely appreciate that!! The second time....treated with the same respect.

10/5 is all I can say about my experience I do most of my own repairs and maintenance but I would not hesitate to have the guys here at Complete Car Care handle anything I do not want to tackle. This visit was thankfully just an alignment. While their printer want working at the time they took photos to show me my exact specs for the alignment were handled perfectly. My car is semi-low being a 2003 Corvette on coilovers so it's not the easiest thing in the world to get on/off a rack. This shop does have some ramp extenders to easily get the car on/off without scraping the body. The front air dams scrape everything which is unavoidable. The owner even showed me a few of the more interesting cars in the shop at the time & chatted with me for a good bit before closing while my car warmed

Best shop in town. They have a Master Tech there named Bryan. He is a wizard with automobile repairs and maintenance. Plus the office staff Bill, Patt, and Doug are some of the easiest people to talk to. This is one of the last shops in Columbia that is family owned. The best part is after many years they have never tried to up sale me on anything that wasn’t truly needed! Ten Star review!
