Complete Detail

Update: We took our cars in again this week and still, excellent service, beautiful work, very detailed, even cleans the engine! Cash or check, I would suggest accepting Venmo, Zelle or PayPal. Wally, owner and hard worker is excellent to work with, great customer service, he always returned my calls expeditiously and answered any and all questions I had! One of my questions was how long would he need to have my 2004 Toyota Tacoma? 7 or 8 hours depending on the condition. He is very thorough. My truck hasn't looked so good in years! I definitely recommend Complete Detail and we will return to have him detail our other vehicles.

First... I got a great deal for this service as a groupon, which to date is still available. Second... know up front that Mr. Wally Miles & Co do this service out of their home, so you will need to arrange for transportation to and from their home office. My 2014 Nissan Cube was DIS.GUST.ING. I cannot stress enough how gross it had become due to life. I have two boys age 10 and 13, have recently had to moved twice, and just in general have not had the time or energy to really get in there and do much beyond vacuuming after I run my car through the car wash. When I arrived for my appointment expecting to be able to sit in a lobby for the hours I knew it would take, I was completely embarrassed to discover there was no lobby. I understand my car was quite the challenge, but I wish more effort had been made. If you had called or texted me letting me know more elbow grease and effort needed to be put into it, I would have gladly paid extra. I'm a firm believer you get what you paid for, but this detail service was not worth my money. I've attached some photos for review, but these are just a few as I have many more. I would like to know if the roles were reversed how you would feel about this "Complete Detail?" As for me, I am left feeling discouraged that many of the marks and stains left behind was easily removed by me with a Meguiars wipe. You also did not vacuum the storage pocket on the passager seat. Wally is great. We have a 2010 Chevy Traverse that we bought a year ago and it was in pretty ruff shape on the inside. Now it looks like new! He is well priced and puts a lot of detail into cleaning. Also, we had one headlight that looked brighter than the other and Wally did a headlight restoration and now they have the same brightness. My air vents wouldn't move and after the detailing now they glide back and forth like new. I will be using Wally for my truck in the future.
