Concord Inspection Center

I am very very disappointed in Carvana. This is third vehicle that I bought from them. The first two experience were excellent. Third and last is awful. My delivery time was 11-2pm. I did not get a call stating that they will be late or stuck in traffic etc. I'm writing this and it is 3pm and still no call or car. I took off of work today and has waited all morning . This is so unprofessional

As I car hauler got my car witching 15 min from entering through the gates Super fast!!!

Carvana called me and told me that Tyhey would not be able to deliver my car the next morning as they had too many call outs. So I offered to pick the car up and according to the advocate I would be called back by 7pm C However I never got a call at all. This is worst customer service that I ever experienced. If you want to have a good buying experience stay away from Carvana

We sold a car to Carvana on Wednesday, May 12 at 11am. They couldn't pick the car up at that time so they moved it to the street and locked with a key lock. Now it is Sat, May 15, 2pm and the damn car us still on the street. Really I should have the police tow it. I've texted them several times. BTW, you cannot call and talk to a human.."wait time is hours"
