My order for this same part was cancelled and refunded by 4 other sellers since they didn't have the part and couldn't find one. CONCORD DELIVERED! It took a long time, but they never gave up. My email inquiries were responded to quickly. You can't ask for better than that!

Tried to contact them by e-mail 12 times, call on phone, each time no answer, and ordered online, 20 times, screen went blank. The reviewer "K" is a liar, no answer either way. Now the part is out of stock which means its gone for good. Great job, DON"T make me laugh. How do these morons stay in business. Not by customer service, negative satisfaction.

They will hold you order for a week before shipping it unless you pay fro an expensive overnight shipping. could get faster shipping from eBay.

Ordered a part, didn't get any shipping information so I emailed to find out and next day I get a refund with no type of communication as to why, Wtf.
