Dan from Concord Towing came out in 13 degree weather after my car hit something snow covered that put a hole in my tire. He was very kind and towed the car where we wanted it to go. We also had him two other times, once with a different flat tire and once when a deer totaled my other car. He was very professional and offered for me to sit in his truck to stay warm. We are grateful to have that good of a service near us.

I had been waiting for over 1.5 hours for AAA to come and give my jump and the eta for them to come was a minimum of another 2 hours. Thought Concord Towing truck might be the AAA guy I was waiting for but he was just stopping at the gas station to get some food. Without being asked, offered and got me back on the road during his break. Thank God for good neighbors! Hopefully I wont every need it again but you guys will be my first call from now on!

I was in a accident. Didn’t hit anything but the curb and had minor damage to the driver side bumper. After they pulled my car out they ripped the bumper off on the passenger side and caused more damage to the car then the accident. So the car went from me being able to drive it from the scene to it not being able to drive because the towing company driver ripping my bumper off being careless. I called Concord towing to tow a non running van. We came an price $140. For a tow .80 of a mile, so I agree with the price and gave the go ahead. They told me they would pick and drop in my driveway and call for the card when they where done, great. 3hr later I get a call I had to be a the drop off or they couldn't do it, ok fine left work to meet them, another hour goes by, I get a call from the drive she couldn't get van on the flat bed. Mind you it is in a parking, with all the cars move but one. She tell me to call another tow company she can't do it.

The gang at Concord towing got us out of a real jam. Car dead on Baltimore Pike in the middle of a Friday rush hour. Got there super fast. Made sure that we were safe and got where we were going. Gave us some good advice on dealing with the insurance company. Outstanding!
