I had a good experience at this branch, with one of their cashiers called Andy. After I was given the wrong parts for my car. He helped me rich out to the right location and call his colleague Joseph to make sure they have the right part ready for me when I arrive. Thank you sooo much Andy. I really appreciate your help.

Yes, they have some parts and make occasional sales, but as people, their behavior is shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful. While I was waiting at the counter for my part to arrive, a woman came in looking for a sensor. Instead of helping her, the staff treated her in an extremely inappropriate and demeaning manner. She was clearly uncomfortable, to the point of leaving in tears. What followed was even worse — the staff laughed and joked about it as if it were entertainment. This wasn’t just ignorance; it was outright disrespect toward customers, especially women. If you care about professionalism, decency, and how people are treated — especially female customers — I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

I’ve been here twice for auto parts for my vehicles. Prices are reasonable and quality is great. Service is quick and customer service is good. Parking is a bit challenging in this neighborhood. My experiences have been great on both occasions.
