It starts with the service department adviser Matt Murphy who was very professional and his recommendations from their to the service teams then they keep you up to updated with the progress of your vehicle with a video update on their inspections of the vehicle so you see what they see and hear wich is great tool. I highly recommend this service department. Thank you to the whole service department.

It was a pleasant experience, especially since we came in to get a brake job. No intentions of trading in my Canyon, which I loved. Your salesmen are very convincing. Brayden was very friendly, polite and professional. He found us a truck that we loved even more! If I ever trade in my Colorado, which I don't plan on, because this truck is AWESOME!! I've definitely made Confidence my one and only.

UPDATE!! No contact has been made from confidence. Proof that they will reply to make it seem like they care. BEWARE!!! When I bought my truck with 48,xxx miles on the odometer, the salesman offered extended warranty for 72 months 100,000 miles. I asked the salesman, “100,000 miles from 48,xxx miles or only up to 100,000 miles on the OD?” Salesman replied with “from 48,000 miles” so I agreed to pay for the extended warranty think I would be covered up to 148,xxx miles. Well come to find out it’s only up 100,000 miles on the OD. So now I payed all that money for extended warranty but cannot use it because now I’m over the milage. Salesman’s are liars and deceitful just so that you can wiggle that pen on a piece of paper. There is no more honesty when it comes to dealership.

Went in for an oil change. Left with a transmission fluid and coolant replacements. I was there too long. From 12noon to 3:45. The service manager was kind, helpful, and professional.
