Long story short, they didn’t fix my issue and were not much help. Long story longer I took my vehicle in to have the windshield camera calibrated due to having a new windshield put in. I was having issues with one of the safety features. They went and looked at the windshield and then said they’d let me know when it was done. I came back and the technician report said all is working correctly. I got in the car and drove a couple blocks, I was still having the same issue as when I took my car in. I returned to the service department and let the representative know. She returned to my car with me and let me know that it was likely because the incorrect windshield was put in originally. However, if that was known beforehand and it was known that the calibration would not have fixed the issue
