The people living here are like family. The manager, maintenance are good workers . But the increases in the rent are unbelievable. I am going on my six year here and my rent has gone up 25% in five years and now the increase for my rent for next year is 13.43% increase which is $150 more a month. Some people’s rent is just going up 5% they choose to take and bring the rent up to whatever they feel to make it market value. But what they are doing is marketing from somewhere else because we’re we live. We have more cows than we do people there is nothing around here but a Walmart taps and save a lot. My aunt is there. She has a nice place to live. Jill, activity director goes out of her way to provide a nice program. Interacts with the tenants. Warm and caring person. Mary is an awesome manager. Nice lady.

I’ve lived in the country, my whole life, and never thought I would enjoy living in a place like Connect 55. When I decided to downsize, and sell my home to my son and his family, it was the right time to move. Connect 55 is definitely family, friendly, helpful, and full of happy things to do. Mary, our manager, is on top of everything and quick to respond to a need. Jill, our activities director, is full of energy and makes everything she offers fun, and educational, with many opportunities to meet each other. You are not pushed to get involved. It’s totally up to you. Tom, our maintenance man, is great! He’s quick to respond to whatever you need done, and always friendly! I have always been frugal, so the rent seemed excessive. My daughter and I have lived here 2 times both times Mary has been extremely helpful whenever we have a question. These apartments are elderly friendly and include a washer and dryer and an elevator if needed. I enjoy looking at the lovely grounds, they are kept nice and orderly. It has been a great experience. Mary is fast at returning any phone calls and explains any questions timely

My husband and I moved to Warsaw, New York for his job and found Connect 55 apartments this has been a godsend to me and my husband because the people here including management, coordinator and residence all make you feel like family. I haven’t been lonesome to go back to Louisiana because ALL of the activities (there is no time to get Lonesome) Theymake you feel so much at home. I love this place. I will hate to leave it when our job is done.
