Bill & Randy are really nice guys, but I will no longer bring my vehicles there. They're good for oil changes, brake jobs, etc but IMO their diagnostic & troubleshooting skills are lacking when it comes to big major repair work. They completely misdiagnosed an engine problem on one of our vehicles and said the engine needed to be replaced. Rather than spend $2500 - $3000 on a used engine for a vehicle whose blue book value was under $3000, I decided to sell it to someone for a few hundred dollars who wanted to use it for parts. Turns out that he ended up taking it to a different garage, and they did repairs/replacements costing less than $800 and now the vehicle is running perfectly again. Agreed, been using Bill & Randy for major issues since 2010 when we moved here to Freedom. Honest, Fair, Reliable mechanics get the job done correctly and fair. Conrad Motors haven't existed this look by mis-diagnosing mechanical problems

I have dealt with Bill Conrad for over twenty years. I have found him not only competent but very good at what he does. In addition, he is one of the most honest and fair people I have ever met. i don't know what went wrong with martinafan64 that caused her problem but I have never experienced any thing like that.
