Conrad's Tire Co

We were traveling through the area when a tire shredded on our boat trailer. I called Conrad’s to see if they had a replacement tire. The lady on the phone was so nice and helpful. She even double-checked they had the correct size before we drove there. She let the techs know we were on our way so that when we pulled in they met us in the parking lot. The guys helped us remove the spare, put the new tire on the rim, and helped us put the new tire on. We were done in less than twenty minutes! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. And the price was very reasonable. This is exactly what you want in a business. If I lived closer I’d buy all my tires from them!

We just stopped by today bc our tire light was on. My husband is a disabled veteran and I know nothing about tires. This young gentleman not only put air in one tire, but checked them all! Tire discounters needs to get lessons from you on customer service, manners, but mostly top notch service! First impressions are very important and you all knocked it out of the park! November the 12th of 2024 was my first experience and first time there even. I took my truck in for alignment 5 minutes later they told me they couldn't do it because I had a bad ball joint, which I understood. what I couldn't understand was they charged me $15 for 5 minutes of their time. I think that was dishonest and I will not go back. I'm sure they do good work I haven't heard anything bad out of them, but as a first-time customer I think they did me wrong.

Called to get a price on tractor tires. Spoke with a girl who took the sizes, and my name and number. No one ever called back. I've called several times during business hours, since then, to and always get the recording. I give up.
