The best, helped me out so much I was getting quoted $2100 for repairs elsewhere for a small dent on the fender driver's side and he fixed it for only $50 (I couldn't bring myself to just pay $50 so i paid $150). He inspired lifelong loyalty in me and I'll always come back to this shop if (god forbid) i have more body damage.

After going to several shops, I decided to go with Rob based on the Yelp reviews and talking with him. He was very accommodating with scheduling, etc. However when it comes to quality of work, I had to have the insurance adjuster go to his shop due to incomplete work. He was paid north of $9K from the insurance company to repaint scrapes, scratches and adhesive vandalism. Instead of painting it, he tried to polish and buff out most of it, the finished quality looks terrible, scrapes and adhesive are still visible in the paint. I approached him about this, but his reply was the color is jet black and it's really difficult to "get in right" he spot painted some areas, in these areas the paint is beginning to peel off, when I contacted him regarding this, he simply denied working on the bumpe
