I was sideswiped on the New Jersey Turnpike around 3am by an elderly couple from Florida while driving from Maryland to New York City. Thankfully, no one was hurt, and my car made it safely to my sister’s house in Queens. She highly recommended Conti Auto Body Corporation in Long Island—even though it was a bit of a drive—and I’m so glad she did. From the moment we dropped the car off, I felt confident it was in good hands. Ali, who I believe is the owner, is honest, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. While the repairs took a little longer than expected, it was well worth the wait. Conti is by far the best body shop on Long Island. I’ve made the mistake of going to other body shops because I live far from Syosset but convenience is now far down on my list and quality work is on top. I’ve never been disappointed there. I returned my rental from Enterprise to Conti . Don’t have to go to enterprise. Handed Conti the keys and drove off in my car with ease. They did a wonderful job and the guys that work there are always professional and down to earth. I’ll never go anywhere else.

**2025 update*** Still so pleased. Fair and honest pricing, great workmanship. Unfortunately my car was damaged in a hit and run. I decided to pay out of pocket for the repair, and Conti worked with me to come up with a plan that resulted in an affordable repair (bumper cover was fixed, not replaced) *** I don't know if it would be possible to have had a better experience. First of all, my 6 year old car came back to me looking practically brand new, so i can say the workmanship was top notch. Second, on the customer service and relations side, they were all amazing: owners, front desk, tow truck operator, laborers. It's as though it's a family business. My car got towed there after an accident. Conti tells me the car will most likely be totaled and I said I plan on getting it fixed either way. It took insurance two weeks to figure out liability and sure enough they total my car. I call Conti to get an estimate to fix the damages now that insurance finally viewed the car and made a determination, and they tell me THEY DONT WORK ON TOTALED CARS and I owe them $1200 for storage. Why wouldn't they tell me the day my car was brought there that they don't work on TOTALED cars if they thought the car was TOTALED. I would have had it out of there the next day if I knew that. And so would anyone else. They didn't tell me ON PURPOSE so they could get more money for storage fees. Terrible buisness. I'll be telling everyone I know to never use Conti

Had 2 scraped rims as well as bent rim. Conti Auto Body made it nothing but easy and fair priced. Dropped the car off and 24 hours received it back looking brand freaking new. I could not be happier with the result of the job. Thank you Oliver!
