After Firestone/Bridgestone broke my car after putting in new shocks, Continental Collision took care of me 100%. Josephine and Amanda were great. Josephine hooked me up with a rental from Enterprise. Extremely pleasant to deal with and Jeff was very efficient and helpful explaining exactly what happened to my car. I would recommend going here 100%
Every experience with Continental has been awesome. Josephine and Andrea made the insurance process so easy and painless!! Unfortunately we had two cars totaled but the process was smooth. Repairs on my Nissan were quick and the work done was beautiful!! Highly recommend!!

Continental collision was incredible! I got into an accident with my brand new car, and they helped me with handling every aspect of getting my car fixed and made it so easy. Josephine is the GREATEST!!
My vehicle was towed to Continental after I was involved in an accident. The following morning I called the facility they came and picked me up from my home, got me set up with my rental car and handled my entire claim. My Bmw looks pre accident condition and was done sooner than expected. The process was easy and effortless. Hopefully I never need them again but if in the event they will be the shop of my choice. Highly recommend.
