I have a somewhat long review about this place. I dropped my car off here to get the proper work down after a huge car accident. I paid the guy over $3500 dollars and haven’t heard from him in months. My father has worked with him in the past and has had mixed reviews about him, but I decided to go with him anyways. He finally answers the call after months of no answer and says he’s on vacation and then I call him again weeks later because he said it should be done that FOLLOWING week where I gave him extra time and this time his excuse is he’s running around and hasn’t been in. It doesn’t take months to fix the issues wrong with my car and since I’m out of state for a while since I’m in the army active duty, it’s a very obvious opportunity to take advantage of me so I will have to take th

I'll start this review by stating that I haven't worked directly with Continental Collision, and my opinions are based on communication by the dealership and the work I've observed. My vehicle required collision repairs after it was damaged while at the dealership for other repairs—a situation I won’t elaborate on here. The dealer promised that my vehicle would be restored to its pre-accident condition. The damage occurred in July 2024, and as I write this on October 9th, Continental Collision has had my vehicle for over two months. It has repeatedly gone between Continental Collision and the dealership. While Continental claims to have completed their work, their quality control checks have revealed issues such as paint not matching, ripples in the paint, overspray, and neglected bodywork

The staff has treated me like family since the first time I took my cars there and it feels like every time I need to take my babies in I can’t trust anyone else. The staff is very experienced from working with classics to exotics and paint matched my cars to perfection to where it goes unnoticed at exotic car shows.
