They're making money through dishonest means! They'll move your car around and take photos from the angles they need! And the prices are outrageously high. While you're in the bathroom, they'll quickly tow your car away and charge you $1650.

One of the most unprofessional and unsafe experiences I have ever had with any service company. We stopped at a gas station for a quick 5‑minute errand. A Continental Towing truck pulled in to tow a different vehicle. When we returned, the driver had parked directly in front of our car and completely blocked us in. Our vehicle was legally parked and not being towed. My husband politely asked the driver to move before he even started loading the other car. It would have taken seconds. Instead, he refused and continued setting up, forcing us to wait approximately 30 minutes for absolutely no legitimate reason. When asked again, the driver escalated the situation.
